  • Two years ISGE Membership
    The ISGE Membership can be obtained with the congress registration only for those who register personally through the website and pay their registration fee using personal funds. The membership is complimentary and can’t therefore be considered as an additional economic value to the congress registration fee.
  • A maximum of 16 European CME credits
    Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation of the event between the 10th and the 14th of May, To receive the credits the delegate is required to complete the feedback form.

The reduced fees are only valid if paid within the deadline. 
For Trainees, nurses and technicians (under 35) an official certificate is required in order to complete the registration.

Group Registration

If you are interested in a group registration (10 persons or more), contact the Congress Secretariat for further information. Please note that no registration will be made without full personal contact details for each participant. Blank registrations are not allowed.

Changes of registrations

> From Virtual to Onsite mode
It is possible to change your Registration from Virtual to On-site mode up to a week before the Congress by paying the price difference of the rate valid at the time of the change.

> From Onsite to Virtual mode
It is possible to change your Registration also from On-site to Virtual mode up to a week before the Congress. If a partial reimbursement of the registration fee is due you will be reimbursed for the difference between what you have paid and the price of the Virtual mode registration fee

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat and are subject to the following cancellation charges:

> Cancellations of the congress fee before March 29 2022: 100% of the payment will be refunded, however an administration fee of 25€ will be charged for the service

> Cancellations of the congress fee after March 29 2022: partial refund of the payment will be made. The price of the Virtual Registration will be deducted from the refund and you will be able to access the virtual congress.
All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
